4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY TIMELINES, AND LOGISTICS

4.2. Delivery Timelines: Due to our specialized international logistics network and cross-border customs handling, our standard delivery window is up to 15 business days calculated from the exact date of order dispatch, excluding processing time.
4.3. Nexxaro Commerce Limited is not liable for minor customs clearance delays in the destination country, as these are handled by external local postal authorities.
4.4. Guaranteed Delivery Window & Buyer Protection: We are committed to absolute logistics transparency. In the rare event that an international shipment does not arrive at the customer's designated delivery address within twenty (20) business days from the exact date of dispatch, Nexxaro Commerce Limited guarantees a full and immediate financial credit or refund directly to the customer’s account. This proactive refund policy ensures a risk-free shopping experience and eliminates the need for formal banking disputes or delivery-related chargebacks.
5. RIGHT TO RETURN AND REFUNDS

5.2. To be eligible for a refund, products must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all designer tags attached.
